Serviceability & Coverage

We currently ship across India to serviceable PIN codes via Delhivery (and partner networks where applicable).

You can check serviceability and estimated delivery timelines at checkout by entering your PIN code.
Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed to the courier within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day.

Non-metro / Tier-2 & Tier-3: 3–8 business days

Remote / ODA locations: 6–10 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your PIN code and order weight/volume.

Any free shipping promotions or thresholds will be displayed on the website and applied automatically.

If re-delivery is required due to incorrect address / unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by Email/SMS/WhatsApp.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active after pickup.
Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

Address changes are possible before dispatch; contact us promptly with your Order ID.

Couriers usually attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to origin (RTO).
Partial Shipments

To avoid delays, we may split your order into multiple parcels. You’ll receive separate tracking links if this happens.
International Shipping

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we offer easy returns and quick size exchanges.
Eligibility Window

Returns / Size exchanges: within 7 days of delivery.

Defective / damaged / incorrect item: report within 48 hours of delivery.
What’s Eligible

Most apparel categories are eligible unless marked “Final Sale/No Return” on the product page.

Multipacks/Combos: must be returned as a complete set.
Non-Returnable (Hygiene / Safety)

Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, bodysuits, jewelry, cosmetics/beauty, face masks, personalized/monogrammed items, gift cards, freebies.
Condition Requirements
Please ensure items are:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused (no stains, odors, perfume, or makeup transfer)

With all original tags and brand packaging intact

With accessories/freebies included (if any)
QC Check: Returns failing quality checks will be shipped back to you and will not be refunded/exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Share your Order ID, product details, and clear photos (full product, tags, and the issue if damaged/incorrect).

We’ll arrange a Delhivery reverse pickup where serviceable. If your PIN code isn’t serviceable for pickup, we’ll provide our return address for self-shipping.

After the item reaches us and passes QC (3–5 business days), we’ll process your exchange/credit/refund.
Keep the courier AWB/receipt until the return is closed.
Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or refund (see below).

Exchanges are processed after the original item passes QC.
Refunds & Timelines

Prepaid orders (UPI/Card/Netbanking via Razorpay): Refund to original payment method. Banks typically take 5–7 business days after QC approval.

COD orders (if applicable): Refund via bank transfer/UPI or store credit.
-
Store credit: Issued quickly after QC approval; usable on moonyx.in and generally valid for 12 months.
Return Shipping Charges

Change of mind / size / style: reverse shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.

Defective / damaged / incorrect: we bear the reverse shipping cost and issue a full refund or replacement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos showing:

We’ll prioritize a replacement; if unavailable, choose refund or store credit.

Abuse of Policy
We may restrict returns/exchanges, cancel orders, or suspend accounts in cases of suspected policy abuse or fraud.
Cancellations

You can request cancellation or edits (address/size) before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation isn’t guaranteed; you may initiate a return after delivery as per this policy.
