Apparel (most categories): Eligible for return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Defective/Damaged/Wrong item: Report within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund.

Sale items: Eligible unless marked “Final Sale/No Return” on the product page.

Multipacks/Combos: Must be returned as a complete set.
Non-returnable (for hygiene/safety): Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, bodysuits, jewelry, beauty/cosmetics, face masks, personalized/monogrammed products, gift cards, freebies.
Conditions for a successful return
Please ensure the item is:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused (no perfume, stains, makeup, or odors)

With all original tags and brand packaging intact

With accessories/freebies included (if any)

Returned via our approved process (see “How to raise a return”)
QC check: Items failing quality check will be returned to you and the refund/exchange will not be processed.
How to raise a return or exchange (India)
Email us at contact@moonyx.in or WhatsApp/call +91 99506 64732 within the window (7 days; 48 hours for damaged/incorrect).
Share Order ID, product name/size, clear photos (full product, tags, and the issue if damaged/defective).
We’ll arrange a Delhivery reverse pick-up where serviceable. If your PIN code isn’t serviceable for pickup, we’ll share our return address for self-ship.
Once the product reaches our facility and passes QC (3–5 business days), we’ll process your exchange/credit/refund.
Tip: Keep the return receipt/AWB until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
Exchanges (size or color)

Size exchange is subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or refund as per your preference (see below).

We process exchanges once the original item passes QC.
Refund options & timelines

Prepaid orders (UPI/Card/Netbanking via Razorpay): Refund to original payment method through Razorpay. Bank processing can take 5–7 business days after QC approval.

COD orders (if applicable): Refund via bank transfer/UPI or store credit (you’ll be asked for account/UPI details).

Store credit: Issued instantly after QC approval; usable on moonyx.in and typically valid for 12 months.
Shipping/handling deductions:

If the return is due to change of mind/size/style, reverse shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

If the return is due to defect/damage/incorrect item, we’ll bear the return shipping and issue a full refund.
Cancellations & order edits

You can request a cancellation or edit (address/size) before dispatch by contacting us promptly.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation isn’t guaranteed. You may initiate a return after delivery as per this Policy.
Damaged, defective, or wrong product
We’re sorry if this happens. Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos showing:

the outer package (including any tamper/seal damage),
-
the inner packaging, and
-
the product and tags.
We’ll prioritize a replacement; if unavailable, you can choose refund or store credit.
Color & fit disclaimer
Slight color variations may occur due to lighting/screen settings. Please refer to our size guide for best fit. These are not considered defects but you can still use the standard return window if you’re unsatisfied (subject to conditions).

International orders
At present, returns are supported within India only. International orders (if offered in the future) may have different terms.
Abuse of policy
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit returns/exchanges in cases of suspected policy abuse or fraud.
