Acceptance of these Terms

By visiting moonyx.in, creating an account, or placing an order, you (“you”, “user”, “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, and Shipping Policy (collectively, “Policies”). If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility & Account

  • You must be 18 years or older to purchase from moonyx.in.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login/OTP and for all activities under your account.

  • Information you provide must be accurate and complete. We may suspend or terminate accounts for inaccurate information, misuse, or policy violations.

Products, Pricing & Availability

  • We strive to display product colors, images, descriptions, sizing, and pricing accurately. Minor variations in color/texture may occur due to lighting or device screens.

  • Prices are listed in INR and, where applicable, inclusive of GST. Any delivery charges or COD charges (if offered) will be shown at checkout.

  • All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse orders at our discretion.

Orders & Contract Formation

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send an Order Confirmation by email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order (with full refund, if paid) due to stock unavailability, pricing/typographical errors, payment authorization issues, or suspected fraud/policy abuse.

  • If an item becomes unavailable after you place the order, we’ll notify you and process a refund or alternate solution.

Payments

  • We accept prepaid payments via our payment gateway Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets; methods may vary).

  • For your security, we do not store full card details. Payment data is processed by Razorpay.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be offered selectively and may carry an additional fee. COD eligibility is shown at checkout (if enabled).

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization (for prepaid) or confirmation (for COD, if enabled).

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • We ship primarily through Delhivery (and other partners as needed). Estimated delivery timelines and any shipping fees are shown at checkout and elaborated in our Shipping Policy.

  • Title and risk in the products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

  • Please provide a complete and accurate address and be available to receive delivery. Failed deliveries due to inaccurate information or unavailability may incur re-delivery charges.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Our Return & Exchange Policy explains eligibility, timelines (e.g., 7-day window; 48-hour reporting for damage/incorrect item), documentation (photos/videos), reverse pickup/self-ship steps, deductions (if any), and refund methods (original payment method via Razorpay, bank/UPI for COD, or store credit).

  • Items must pass quality check (QC) to qualify. Non-returnable categories (e.g., innerwear, swimwear, etc.) and “Final Sale/No Return” items are excluded.

  • Refund timelines depend on QC completion and bank/payment-gateway processing.

Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

  • Promotional codes/coupons: one per order unless stated; non-transferable; not redeemable for cash; valid only within the stated period and conditions.

  • We may modify, suspend, or cancel offers at our discretion.

  • Gift cards/store credit (if offered) are redeemable only on moonyx.in, non-refundable, and subject to expiry/terms disclosed at issuance.

User Content: Reviews & Submissions

  • You may post reviews, comments, photos, or suggestions (“User Content”) where enabled.

  • By submitting User Content, you grant MOONYX a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media for marketing or operational purposes.

  • You represent that your content is truthful, lawful, non-infringing, non-defamatory, does not contain personal data of others without consent, and complies with these Terms. We may remove or edit content that violates policies.

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;

  • Attempt to interfere with site security, integrity, or performance (e.g., scraping, hacking, introducing malware);

  • Misuse reviews/communications (spam, harassment, deceptive claims);

  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;

  • Circumvent technical limitations or engage in resale without authorization.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on moonyx.in (including text, images, logos, product designs, graphics, icons, site layout, and software) is owned by Durga Traders/MOONYX or its licensors and protected under applicable IP laws.

  • We use third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay for payments, Delhivery for logistics, analytics/advertising partners). Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and all products/services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Limitation of Liability

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, floods, pandemics, wars, strikes, labor disputes, governmental actions, power or internet failures, or failures of third-party service providers.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website (in whole or part) at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, together with the Policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and MOONYX regarding your use of moonyx.in. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
